I think not getting enough sleep is really affecting me weight loss negatively. I was supposed to have lost at least 8kg by this day. But I'm not giving up. I have given myself a deadline to get to 65kg by the end of Feb.
98.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 33.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

u may not have lost 8kg but you have lost a good amount so be proud of urself :) also, dont rush ur weighloss with big jumps as it'll cause stretch marks and loose skin which needs time to regain elasticity...goodluck

no prob :) i made that mistake and now ive got stretch marks from rapid weight gain and rapid weight loss lol sigh
