Had a 4-day stall while sticking to my plan. That's always a bit tough, but I'm not new to this. I just kept going and it paid off with a 1 pound reduction specifically in my visceral fat. Sure I want to look good, but this is a journey back to health for me. I got sick of being sick. Yes, I know it's hard to eat so carefully and we all probably wish we could eat whatever we wanted and be healthy and look amazing, but that's not reality. I'm gonna have a good day today, make good choices and I hope you do too.
62.3 kg Lost so far: 27.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
