Scale is suspect because I gained today. On the other hand, I did eat bread yesterday. It must be water retention. Still 1.6kg down in 4 days. And this is the least I have weighed since I started recording 4 years ago. Constant forward progress. That is the key.
93.4 kg Lost so far: 17 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
