Full day water fast yesterday. I woke up feeling wonderful as I always do after a fast. The scale shows 1.8kg loss in a day! I checked twice.
93.2 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
