So finally realised, Im not hitting my 140 goal before monday. Sad, but hey it happens. Im trying on my side, even cheating a little by not eating as much as I should. this is affecting my gym performance.

new goal, 142, by monday...
143.6 kg Lost so far: 61.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
