Today, I start 13 weeks to a leaner me self-challenge. In 13 weeks we're going to Thailand!!! I'm beyond excited and it feels a bit unreal - like it might not happen - but it's definitely happening because we're purchasing the flights today! I need to start working on my fitness because we will be walking A LOT and I need to up my walking game. Last week I took a break from walking because I had Sinusitis. Still not feeling 100% but I want to get better. I think diary might make my sinus allergies worse. And wheat/yeast is doing damage to my tummy. So from this week I am cutting out wheat & diary. That means no cheese on provita snackies.
