I am feeling pretty proud of myself for honoring my commitment to make this "time" a successful journey. I can tell my stomach is getting softer, which is due to less inflammation- the fasting (after dinner throughout the night, first meal being around 12-1pm) does really help. I am also happy to see the numbers on the scale decline! I mean- of course I want to conquer this battle of the bulge. It's important to me, but more so is knowing that I am helping my body to heal and then it can do what it does well-stay healthy.
