Ive been under calories but high on carbs too often lately. Nothing but steady rain all day today so I might try to make a little pot of soup. I raised 5 kids so cooked for a crowd for many years. It's hard to make a small pot of soup!

Will get my 15 mins daily stretch session in early.

Another 1/2 lb loss before Monday would be awfully nice. I'm trying, my body just isnt letting go of it like it seems it should be. Oh well. Onward anyway! I refuse to give up.

Oh! I gave my hair a trim and cut in some layers. Covered my grays with a light chocolate demi dye that is very close to my natural color. Then deep conditioned. Looks and feels much nicer!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't forget the protein in the soup. No loss so far this month but I am getting my steps in three days in a row. You can freeze soup so make a big pot. I stopped colouring my hair before covid and it's mostly grey in front and sides and medium brown in the back. I keep it cut short because it is very curly. Wash and go is my style. It's turning out to be a high carb day. Maybe I will have yogurt for supper.

I cooked a pan full of mushrooms and meatballs with spaghetti sauce and noodles for supper with the intention of eating some thing else. It looked so good that I had some and my calorie count was very high. Then in the evening I ate two peanut butter cookies. I did go over on my walking with 5262 steps. I will do better today. I hope you had a good day.

Oh don't feel bad, glamper, I went over too. And Ive done exactly that on occasions when my son comes over for supper, I end up eating what I fix for him and his girls. Spaghetti and peanut butter cookies are big weaknesses for me, glad you enjoyed. We were under tornado watch here last so I am catching up this morning with food diary and journal posting. You are so lucky to have naturally curly hair! My hair is dark brown but straight as a shoe string! I have kept it up in a big clip for years. That's my style! I ended up making beef tacos on low carb tortillas. They were soo good. Ive been slack with my steps this week. Rain does that to me. The sun is out, we'll do better today. Have a great one!
