I’m down a bit more and my wife has help a ton by getting groceries that are healthy. I’m able to turn them into delicious meals. It’s a team commitment and we’re doing Rally Coach, it’s been eye opening!! Week 6 and 15lbs down from my starting weight.
142.2 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 47.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
