It’s the cycle so not taking it too seriously this week, expecting a loss next week. My attitude has changed for the better because this would have discouraged in the past but I’ve been working out hard, maintaining a healthy diet and going to continue despite this result.. let’s see what next week will bring .
56.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
