Woo-hoo! Not only did I get my goal of 73 by the weekend, but even dropped slightly below. Just as well, because there is talk of 🍕 pizza for lunch!
72.9 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
