Not the biggest weightloss in history, but at least I'm still heading in the right direction.

I can't believe that I haven't dropped below 73 yet. The only explanation is that I am putting on muscle from the walking I'm doing. I'm definitely changing body shape, as my work shorts are too loose to wear without a belt now.

Oh dear! Look at what pizza and beer does to a weight loss program. Well, we'll just have to start on a proper diet again. it is sore for me, but I really like shedding those extra kilograms and cm.
