The heaviest I've ever been. My word, I'm stressed.
117 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 27 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just take it one day at a time and remember if you mess up you can ALWAYS get back on track the next day, my advise.... Never give up always try just one more time.

Good morning ladies. Thank you so much for the support. I went for a hike this morning and I can tell you this, it wasn't easy but I made it. 6km later. So, I'm so proud of myself this morning. Have a blessed weekend
