So life happend and I gained 10kg's this is absolutely heartbreaking to me as for the last 2 years I worked my ass off to loose 22 kgs, I'm so disappointed that I let myself go and gained 10 of that 22 back. But today I made the decision to start again. Not being comfortable in your own skin is Hard as F@#* being overweight and your clothes not fitting like they use to is the worst feeling ever. So today I am gonna say f@#& you 10kg's I'm getting rid of you! 💯
