I had a few bumps over the weekend, but I do not want to fall back into the old familiar patterns of just throwing in the towel because it wasn't "perfect." That hasn't gotten me anywhere but back to another "Monday" attempt. I want to keep going. Focusing on at least one thing daily that supports my goal to be a healthier conscious person and to gradually transition into more movement. So even though I had those bumps (ate more out of stress and ate larger portions), I weighed in because I have to hold myself accountable. No more excuses. I lost 1.2 pounds. I will take that!
