I only turn 50 once and I did over indulge, but most of this is probably water weight. Not going to beat myself up about it.
68.2 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Happy birthday! We are doing this journey to better our quality of life. What would be the point if you couldn't even have any fun on your birthday? There is a difference between falling off the bus, and making a scheduled stop.
