2 week diet break finished. Did my first proper refeed aswell!

overall weight stayed stable, should be below 150 this weekend if I am strict this week

Gym has improved alot with the extra calories and new training program
153.9 kg Lost so far: 51.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
