Feeling good that all the effort this week has paid off and have lost some weight, now just to keep it up,,,,,,,,,, the effort that is not the weight lol !!!
82.3 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
