I noticed a little change in my weight last week friday. Its need long since ive recorded my foods. but im still in line with health eating. last weekend i had wine (baron) 1 bottle. I dont regret but i with it wont affect too much on my progres.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
