No change this week, which is actually great. I haven't eaten well, been feeling 👎🏼 but I at least started some VERY light exercise this week. Trying to take baby steps in the right direction and not gaining is definitely in the right direction 😂
69 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
