Been off the app for 8 months I’m back ! Nothing much has cha he’d but overall body goals have changed

This app has taught me to track what I consume subconsciously it honestly becomes a habit
65.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
