I didn't want to log it but I will and I will do it every day. last night I had a crazy snack attack with my SO. We had the munchies. I know weekends are my weekend and I feel guilty as hell now. all I can do is start again today.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
