Perfect example of why I love using a body composition scale. I ate exactly according to plan yesterday and still "gained weight"?! -- Nope !!👏 I'm changing body now. A regular scale is only our gravitational pull towards the earth. I'm much more interested in my fat, muscle and bone health. I need to rebuild massive muscle loss after being bedridden for about 6 months after a spinal cord injury and back surgery. Today is just as much of a celebration as fat loss. I gained .2 pounds of MUSCLE 🎉 Little by little, I'm getting stronger!! 🥲🥰 My balance and endurance still challenge me, so I mostly do squats, leg lifts, bridges and seated arm exercises. I've heard good things about rebounding. Maybe I'll get a rebounder in the future? 👊 Have a great day
63.0 kg Lost so far: 26.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
