Nothing like a break up to get you motivated again! Been gyming a lot and incorporating more protein into my snacks so ok with the gain.
68.4 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
