Had a cheat meal yesterday (after almost two weeks of strict eating). It seems my body can deal with a ‘cheat meal’ and not a cheat day😅…
79.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
