up .2 muscle, up .2 fat. I binged after dinner. I was just so hungry. I ate a thick pb, jam & banana sandwich on Dave's killer BrEaD with a glass of oat milk
66.4 kg Lost so far: 23.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
