I have returned. I struggle most each winter and so I let myself go again and stopped working out, but I'm going to start again from today. 70kg is my next goal and I will reach it.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
