At the moment I'm eating high protein and complex carbs. With crossfit and training to run half marathons I need carbs so I can't remove them completely.

Ethan's doing okay, he's staying with his dad in Jhb now. Your plan sounds good 👌🏼I'm still doing low carb, but leaning more towards complete Carnivore (so also high protein). Together with IF and slight calorie deficit it's working amazingly well, as long as I stick to it 😅
Good luck with your half marathon training 🏃🏻♀️🍀 That's pretty hectic
