This is the result of a really tough week of emotional/comfort eating and 3 months of weight plateau. Up 1.45kg this week, and determined to make a healthy come-back.
98.8 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
