Triple digit’s.. I nearly fell off the scale when I saw it. But if this isn’t motivation, I don’t know what is. Here we go again.

I felt the same when I weighed in early this year. it was my heaviest. Don't feel overwhelmed by it. just take it day by day and the weight will come off. also don't obsess on the number on the scale.
