This is a result of eating 20g Kit kat, a Blueberry muffin, Scone and canteen food. Im ok with it and will come make my come back this week..
119.4 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
