Yesterday I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some of my activity goals. 809 kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% and is still out of range // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day!!! (lower body and abs)
69.5 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
