A few days late but if I had eaten the Chinese food...it's be at least four pounds heavier so I'm so thankful now that I didn't do it.

I want a loss!!! 👍👏👏👏 I am not getting close to a scale, sitting mode doesn’t help! 😞 Shortly it will be eating mode, but will try to be good. If only my scale can start going in that direction! When I buy cookies I eat just four and throw the rest away. But first I spray them with Raid so I won't dig them out of the garbage later. Be careful, though, because that Raid really doesn't taste that bad.🤣

You can do, Yes you can ( Logan I developed in late 1990's to motivate kids in DMV). I have started drinking a gallon of water a day! This seems to help especially after gaining after eating sweets. Speak to your body, I will not be fat! When you go up on the scale, say, "This is just a temporary set back." When you stress, it scares you body and makes it harder to loss weight. I am a Christian, so I have positive proclamations. I have lost over 20 pounds in the past year, and have kept it off, which is the longest time I have kept this amount of weight off. I had been going to various Diet Doctors since 1997 and it didn't work. In addition, God told me the water pills were hurting my kidneys. Whereas, drinking a gallon of water is the "best water pill and appetite suppressant." Weight loss is complex, we must see what micronutrient ratio works best for our bodies. By tracking on this app, I know that I am carb allergic. Just two days ago, I ate too many carbs and fats, and I had gained 2 lbs in one day, a temporary set back.The following day it was a high protein shake and coffee for breakfast, minestrone soup and crackers, and a high protein shake for dinner. I was back down the next day! You can do it, Just put your mind to it! Your Health is Wealth, so spend your calories and workout wisely.
