Another loss so very happy and also quite pleased that I am more in tune with my body and responding to its needs rather than my 'wants' which probably only makes sense to me 😅
Nearly the weekend happy days to everyone
75.7 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
