Good luck ☘️ invest in an electronic kitchen scale - it only costs around R200 and will do wonders in helping you learn about what your portion sizes should be. Weigh and track everything you eat even if it's a bit of a drag in the beginning

Persevere, and be consistent, even when you have overeaten. Be truthful to yourself. But don't beat yourself up..start again tomorrow
