Almost a 2000 calorie deficit yesterday.

This is all muscle loss for sure! 😜

I still have my 10# bucket of maltodextrin from before I knew how to eat big. Maybe I should crack it open and have a few 100% carb shakes before bedtime... Mmmm unflavored carbs and water sounds more appealing than chicken and broccoli at the moment lol.

Aww, Chris, I know......I don't like being private. But someone really ticked me off so I am cooling down until my inner bitch recedes. Here are the highlights. I am 100g below target. Swimming pretty fast for an old bird and enjoying looking pretty good in the gym.
