When I started this weight loss 📉 journey, the one thing I didn't want to give up was wine. As I have canceled 😞 out most carbohydrates in my daily eating plan, I decided to test my theory to see if not having any wine would help me lose more weight.

And I think it might be a factor 🤔. Usually I have 1 glass every single night 🌙. But maybe now I will only have on weekends. Meaning I had a glass or 2 last night as it was Friday of course.
87.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh dear me also with the wine… switched over to low alcohol and low calorie white wine. Seems to be working
