same thing happened to me. I increased by 300 a day because I was losing too fast and started graining quick. Had to go back to original calorie intake. Don't worry, your body will readjust. You will reach you goal! 💪

Lost 30 lbs in 3 months. Been stuck at this weight for 2 years. Still a lot healthier, but I would like to be around 140 in the end. I am 5'4" for reference. I think it may be time to look for a nutritionist.

What worked for me is 45% carbs 25% protein and 35% fats. I did that for 3 months and lost pretty good. I do workout 5 times a week though to make sure the skin tightens up. Try the % for 1 month and see what happens. I wish you luck 🌸

Great thank you. I really appreciate this advice. I will look into this straight away. Workouts are going great and I am seeing wonderful results in strength. I lift 4 days a week 45 min followed by 15 min on the spin bike. I have a couple cardio days and a mobility day. And sprinkled between is karate of some form every day.

Wow you are doing amazing. In this case, don't worry about the number on the scale. Muscles are heavier than fat. It's normal to hit plateau after awhile. Try to take time off exercise for 1-2weeks and give your body full rest then resume. That shocks your body to make a change. Also, advice someone once gave me: always do a cheat day once a week to shock your body as well. I walk my dog alot (1-2 hours daily) and do HIIT and Cross Fit 45 min a day, 5 times a week and I have amazing results. I weight less than I was in grade 9 🙈
