that's how I was feeling. a few weeks of not achieving much. Then a trip with daily walks resulted in a gain. But now, having gone back to exactly pre-trip behaviour I'm dropping again. Just keep on keeping on and it should start again

Slow weight loss is sustainable - fast weight loss usually results is quick rebound gains. You can maybe look at tweaking a few things, but remember this is a lifestyle not a quick change and problem solved forever. You got this. X

I agree... Which lifestyle are you following? I highly recommend Intermittent Fasting. I myself have been on it over a year.

Cardio people, cardio is the answer are your calories in less than your calories out.. All that matters....

Do your self a favour and read "The Fast 800" by Dr Michael Mosley... it's not just a diet, it's a guide to intermittent fasting that gives you multiple options to suit your preferences and lifestyle without being too prescriptive. It's easy to say that slow and steady wins the race, but it's also incredibly demoralising. Fast 800 produces results quickly, making you feel better physically, mentally and emotionally... inspires you to continue and explains how to scale back and maintain your weight. Once you've mastered the basics it's very easy to get back on the wagon if you fall off. It has changed my life.

I lost 5 KG's in 5 weeks from weight lifting with light weights 3 days a week with cardio in between and & then meal prepping around 1200 calories per day which I then increased to 1500 to match my dietary needs. Happy to connect you to my fitness coach / qualified detrition. You are guaranteed to get results with her in a short amount of time provided that you are committed.

Heavy weightlifting 😁 Muscle mass allows you to eat more while still being in a deficit. Muscle also shapes your body - prevents you from being "skinny fat" after losing weight. It's very easy to regain any lost fat if you have low muscle mass. It's also harder to lose fat if you have low muscle mass.
