I went up 0.5kgs but it's that-time-of-the-month for me and i always gain weight around then, but afterwards it all disappears again so im not stressed about this gain.

also my fatsecret popped up a notification saying i need to eat 500 calories less in order to lose 1kg a week, and currently im already eating around 1,000-1,200 calories a day, I don't think it's safe to eat only 500-700 calories every day, orrr would it be okay?
78.4 kg Lost so far: 24 kg.    Still to go: 22.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
