Had a tough few weeks mentally. Will first enjoy Easter with my parents and then start working on the extra kilo in all seriousness...for now I'm doing what I can, when I can
49 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
