With my 3 sisters. Feeling full after a dinner of salad & pizza. One of my sisters & I shared a thin crust veggie pizza. I also had a good side salad. We brought about a third of the pizza home. I need to find a way to eat less for either lunch or dinner the next few days. I'm not used to eating a full meal for both...usually have a snack in the afternoon. We did buy fruit & coffee for breakfast & my sisters have Bagels here, so I can eat half with PB like I do at home.

Today was rainy, but it's supposed to clear up tomorrow. We will get out & about so I'll get some exercise walking.

I didn't sleep well last night for some reason. I got up early cause our company was leaving and my sister called & asked if we could leave at noon instead of 5 to get ahead of the forcast rain storms.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
