How many calories are you taking in per day now in maintenance? You are in maintenance and I still have another 9-8-9-10 pounds to go - I ate one Buddy Burger and about 3/4 cup of french fries yesterday (celebrating my new BMI - cause I am an idiot at heart) and stayed within my RDI but had a gain this morning - different kind of foods - missed lunch - only 6 hours sleep - no nap - ah - dog ate my weigh scale ? So you used 1,500 to lose and now are you still using the 1,500 or is it more ?

Jergens, I have my goal set for 1800 calories a day. I have averaged between 1750 to 2000 per month since mid 2020. I have eaten a bit more for the past week due to having company & visiting with my sisters. I have taken a break & allowed myself to eat & drink with more abandon for a short period of time several times since I started....usually for vacations or Holiday meals. When I've returned from vacations, if I've been above goal, I cut back til I've lost the extra lbs. I don't remember being more than 5-7 lbs. up these times. Just because I'm "allowed" to eat what I want, doesn't mean I overdo every meal & go crazy.

Thank you so much - that was exactly the information that I was seeking - since we share similar "food likes" (obviously since I offered to come and live with you) - I took a small break - stayed on track since I am dedicated to goal - and maintained between about 2 pounds for a 6 week period and increased my RDI to about 1500 to some times 1700 - and had no problem - the weight up and down but stayed in a certain area ----- that reassured me that maintenance would be quite easy - while continuing to make healthier food and life choices. The very last thing that I ever want in my life again - is to end up eating Chinese take out fast food every night - back to 210 pounds or more. Thank you so much for taking your time to respond ... I truly appreciate it.

My goal is 135 pounds but I am considering a further 5 pounds lower - just to give myself that 5 pounds - to go up and down - and cut back and lose to keep the weight down. If I am at 135 then with 4 to 5 pounds then I would be too uncomfortably close to 140 --- I do not want to be 140 pounds since 10 pounds on me - looks like 20 pounds. Anyway that is my ultimate and final goal. Thanks.

Wifey, I am truly blessed with my 3 sisters. We all have different personalities but get along well & have lots of similar interests.

Crystal, after we had relaxed for awhile my sis that lives closest to me & I dug up Iris & some stone crop from my our youngest sisters' gardens to transplant into our gardens ❤

Not sure how to chat in this app so I thought I would ask somebody I figured this part out how do you edit a food if it's wrong can you tell me that because I'm trying to fix a problem and because everything's wrong on the product so but I know you can edit it but I can't figure out how
