Weigh in early this morning. I had a Lab appt. in advance of a Doctor's Appt. next week. I actually got to see the sun rise 🌞 Not something I do often.

Last week I ate 242 calories under my weekly total, making my average 1765 for the week. That's a first for several weeks. Out of curiosity, I used a different calorie calculator to see what it said I should be able to eat & maintain. According to the calculation, I could only eat between 1100 & 1400 calories. I know for a fact that is not accurate because I maintained....even lost eating more than that for almost 2 years. I'm not especially active. Most of my exercise is walking and gardening. I don't do much gardening between October - March. Interesting. I do live in a 2 story house and my walks in the neighborhood are on hilly terrain.

Another post triggered me to analyze how much fiber I eat daily. I discovered I fall short many days. I do eat the foods listed as good fiber sources, but I guess not quite as much as I should. I decided to monitor that more closely.

Today is supposed to be warmish....low 60's, but there is rain forcast. I need to repot one of my house plants. It's even looking sad & I finally bought some potting soil.

We got in a walk the past 2 days. I'll see if it's dry this afternoon.
66.4 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
