i feel like im doing good ive been walking aroundvthe block every day i started light gym today atleast . i have lost some weight since i got sick. wich is a good thing plus im not very hungry all the time. im also fasting 14 hours at night and ive become quite use to it ive stoped snaking im eating very clean ive adopted a 80/20 attitude and i think im finding my flow now i just need to keep going
