All I did was cut out take-aways, drink lots of water and avoid snacking between meals for 2 weeks. The difference it makes.
105.5 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.8 kg a Week

Day 2 of noo take out, no alcohol, snacking on green tea n apples. 5km walks/runs. I know if I keep this up, after a week I will be used to it 💪
