The last few months have been very difficult on me. I haven't had any energy to take care of myself or even watch my weight. my eating habits have been completely terrible eating whatever I can get my hands on. I'm afraid I'm starting to slip back into depression and I really don't want that. I worked very had to get out of that dark pit and I refuse to go back. Today I am making changes in my life. Time to fight once more for a healthier, happier me.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I love complex carbs but because I have a under active thyroid I can't eat them. When I eat lots of wheat my body affects my hormones and make me fall into a depression. Please take care. 💚💚💚
