_KC's Journal, 09 Feb 22

I'm in a diabetes prevention program that's reteaching me the tools I need to be successful in weight management for a healthier life style. They really want me to lose like 8lbs by the end of class and so far I am gaining. However, I did just go for my first 15 minute walk of 2022 and came home and did 15 minutes of yoga. I miss regular yoga classes.

@3dkids2 - I have been a member of this site off and on since 2010 and will continue to be here for the rest of my life because people who log their food intake are successful at weight management. I sent you a friend request. =)

@_KC: I think the first time I found this was 2012.... Using this app is the ONLY thing that keeps me in check. Best of luck!

@3dkids2: This site was the most confusing thing to figure out (it kind of still is) and that kept me coming back for more. I think it was the learning curve trauma that bonded the site and me together all these years. Going back and reading all the journal entries, seeing the progress and growth, and weight loss. I feel so grateful to be here again. This life-changing site/app/tool is the best. What makes it even better are the friends we meet along the way on our journey.

Agreed! This site is the best.... one thing that was kind of embarrassing for me was... every time I entered a weight - it went out to the masses! It took me weeks to figure that out, but when I did, I was mortified!!!!
