Going in the right direction, thank goodness. I have been quite restrictive, trying to give myself a bit of a kick start and gain some motivation. I will ease off over the weekend a little so I don't feel deprived and then knuckle back down again on Monday.
76.8 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
