Starting fresh after a very bad set of backslides over the holidays. Everyone’s been very supportive but skeptical that I can do it and just keeping me going
199.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 129.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.3 kg a Week

just getting back on the wagon is a win....personally I have been chasing the wagon but did not commit.... but I managed to hop back on this week.

I allowed myself a week off between Christmas and New Year. It has been hard to give up "put anything I want into my mouth". My calories are slightly higher on average than before but still below my max goal on a weekly average. I'm getting back into substituting tea, celery, dark chocolate when craving higher cal stuff.
